What type of wax do you use for your products?

We only use Vegan approved wax in our wax melts, tins and candles.  It is an in-house developed wax blend, created by us and used by other local wax businesses in there products too!

Are your products pet friendly?

All our products are safe to be used around pets, we always stipulate that products should be kept out of reach of pets and children to avoid any accidents.

How is my order shipped?

All parcels are shipped with Royal Mail using there 24 or 48 hour service dependant on which one is selected at the checkout.

We offer Free Shipping on all orders of £30 or more

How long does shipping take?

We aim to ship all orders within 2 days of you placing your order Monday - Friday but these times can increase to 3 days during peak trading periods such as Christmas, restock weeks and seasonal events.

Royal Mail aim to deliver Royal Mail24 within 1 working day and Royal Mail48 within 2 working days.

When is your re-stock?

Here at The Little Wax Box Co we regularly re-stock the website through-out the week on a daily basis, we have a rolling list of products on the pouring tables at all times - If you are waiting for a specific product then please ping us an email for an ETA

Mini re-stocks occur daily during peak trading seasons, check our Instagram Stories @thelittlewaxboxco for regular product updates, you can also meet the whole team with our behind the scenes stories on there to!

Can I use your wax melts in an electric wax warmer?

Yes you can!  Our wax has been blended & created by us to be used in both tea-light & electric wax warmers, during testing we found that electric warmers using at least a 40w halogen bulb worked the best but had success across a full variety of warmers from hot plates to element wax warmers

Although you can use our wax with electric warmers, if you like a strong scent then a tea light burner is always going to give the best scent throw whereas an electric one will give a gorgeous background scent throughout your home

How many times can I melt a cube of wax & how much do i need to use?

We will let you into a little wax box secret, weather you use 1 chunk of wax melt or 2, the scent will be the same strength! 

You are diffusing the oils within the uniquely blended wax melts we create so putting more into your wax burner will only use it up quicker & wont be any stronger. 

1 chunk is plenty and each wax bar will give you over 50+ hours of aroma when used like this, even longer in an electric warmer!

Can I collect my order?

We don't currently offer collection due to changes within the business.  We will however, soon be offering Local Delivery in the SS Postcode, Essex area!

Do you have a monthly subscription box?

YES!  Our monthly subscription boxes ships every month during the first week of the month.  You can sign up at anytime throughout the year - Click Here to go straight over to the monthly box page
