Shipping Update

As we continue to experience a less than acceptable service from Royal Mail due to continued and ongoing strike action, we have decided to temporarily switch our shipping services to 2 other courier companies.

For the next 4 days and during Royal Mail strikes we shall be shipping your orders using Evri - Fully tracked service 2-3 days service and DPD on a Next Day Service, again fully tracked.

By making this switch we can ensure your order does not become stuck in a back log of Royal Mail sacks and take more than 2 weeks to arrive like we have been seeing during strike periods.

We do of course try to support all businesses we work with as much as possible, and we understand why Royal Mail workers are striking but after an extremely tough year of trading and you supporting us the whole time, we see it as only fair that we find a more suitable shipping solution whilst strikes continue.
